Following our article last month informing you of the new March cohort for our three National Professional Qualifications (NPQs), we wanted to write a new article to let you know that the Department for Education (DfE) has now confirmed that funding is definitely available for March for schools based in the category 5 and 6 areas. With limited places available on our programmes and further funding not guaranteed beyond March, we recommend that you make your booking as soon as possible.
This week is Children’s Mental Health Week in the UK. So, to help raise awareness of mental health in schools and support schools in facing this challenge today, we are offering a special discount on our Postgraduate Certificate SEND in Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs, which is part of our highly-regarded masters-level SEND Programme. With all our courses following our practice-led learning model, you will be working with and improving support for SEMH children in your setting.
We have recently heard from the Department for Education (DfE) that there may potentially be further funding available for places on our National Professional Qualifications (NPQs) in March. To allow you and your colleagues to take advantage of this funding opportunity we have added a new cohort for March. The cohort will start on 31 March but to be included with a fully-funded place, you will need to complete our online booking form by 8 February at the latest.
We hope your 2019 is off to a good start. If your school is looking for money-saving projects this year, it would be worthwhile looking at our Certificate of Competence in Educational Testing (CCET) qualification. By completing this course, you will be able to fulfil the majority of your setting’s educational testing requirements, saving money on external providers.
