Together for Short Lives is the leading UK charity for all children with life-threatening and life-limiting conditions and all those who support ...read more , love and care for them. We support families, professionals and services, including children’s hospices. In April 2013, Together for Short Lives secured funding from the Department for Education for a two-year project to improve children’s palliative care engagement in the SEND reform (bit.ly/MQOMeH).
